21 October: Online voting and questions window opens
29 October: Second Member Information evening at Plough Lane (starting at 7pm) and online
10 November: Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in the evening at Plough Lane and online
17 November: Online Voting closes
18 November: Formal results announced to members
